Our Story
Before Rosmarino, Andrea and I worked for Hellenika, one of Brisbane's most respected restaurant groups. That's where we learned what a serious hospitality business looks like from the inside.
Then 2020 happened. We spent three months on my family's property in Beaudesert, cooking on open flame, growing things, doing nothing useful. We realised we weren't going back to life before 2020, so we didn't.
We opened Rosmarino in 2021. The wine list is all Andrea, he's very Italian and deeply opinionated about what goes with what. I run weddings, events and all things marketing. Our daughter is here occasionally to eat the bread.
