About Us
In 2020, Andrea and I spent three months on my family's property in Beaudesert, cooking on open flame, growing things, doing nothing useful. We realised we weren't going back to our life pre-2020, so we didn't.
We opened Rosmarino in 2021. Andrea is Italian. He runs the wine list the way Italians tend to run things they care about, which is to say: seriously, personally, and with strong opinions about what goes with what. Lauren runs weddings, events and all things marketing. Our daughter Odette turns up occasionally and eats the bread.
