Opened in 2021, Rosmarino is an experience dining venue in a heritage listed building in Fortitude Valley. Serving creative and rich Italian inspired food and international wine. 

The menu pays tribute to the culinary traditions from all over Italy, from hand made pasta to steak served with Piedmontese bagna cauda sauce.


The wine list has been hand curated by owner and celebrated Sommelier, Andrea Gatti. It showcases a 400 label strong list of international drops, with a 4-page feature of Mount Etna wines.


The venue was constructed in 1898 and has been restored back to its earliest photographed state. Seating up to 50 guests with the addition of an outdoor courtyard and Private Dining Room.
